Well I also tried out Calorie-Count, it allows custom activity, has much much wider selection of foods and stuff is in grams for the most part. Bad part is custom food addition is not as nice as in FitDay. In light of that I think I would go with FitDay. Since my diet is not all that varied I think I can build up a "database" of custom foods rather quickly and in the end that will speed up entry of values.
All of this is very enlightening. I was very surprised at how quantities of food I consume. Assuming 2k base metabolism, and 1Kj of work done on the bike = 1C burned I am -600-1k. Daily. Maybe with the help of this I can finally loose that remaining weight.
