what year dura ace are these, what type of bottom bracket do they use, have you checked them for cracks? did you grease anything, or just tighten? you may need to grease the spindle, chainring bolts, seatpost (unless it's carbon), the seatpost head, the rails of the seat, pedal threads.
everything you mentioned has been greased except for where the spindle and crank arms meet. which ive read that you arent supposed to grease on octalink because they might slip. have i been misinformed about that?
