ok... back to the original question...
but here's my question. what are the chances of me (not a professional bike finish guy...) being able to sand (or chemical melt) my way through the clear coat over stickers (or painted?) decals, then sand/peel/melt the stickers...all without seriously ****ing up the finish on the chrome? Anyone have experience with fine grain sandpaper on chrome? or chemicals?
does anyone have an answer that is helpful or even relevant? I have the same bike... and I would rather not hear about bike theft, aesthetics, etc.
I just want the decals off.
