Welcome Joe! I'm new here and have been lurking for awhile. Our stories are very similiar, though I have some work to do to catch up with you. I'm down to 255 from 283 in May. And just like everybody else here, I'm not dieting, I'm making a lifestyle change. I force myself to get up at 0530 every morning to excercise, and eat healthier. (I didn't say healthy because I still enjoy my ice cream!). I just bought my first road bike, and my goal is to do Mt Mitchell in a couple of years.
