1300' in 3.5 miles, 7 % grade so you're probably looking at 15-20 minutes or so of climbing on the main climb, depending on how hard people are hitting it. 2nd climb is a bit lighter. Multiply it by however many laps you're doing. Last year at Hamilton we were sitting on 14mph with burst to 18 in the uber geezer race on around the same grade.

A 39f 23r will get it unless you crack.
