If you want something for the track wait a year or two. Buying a frame custom frame without knowing exactly what you need is stupid unless you are freakishly proportioned. At the end of next season or maybe the year after you'll know what you need from a track frame and you'll be able to work with the builder to get you something that will ride nice. If all you know is that you want a generic track frame you might as well just get an off the rack one.

If you just want a fancy bike so that you can posses something expensive and drool over it by all means go ahead and buy it now.
