I'm wondering why district reps seem to bust balls on upgrades, but then allow guys who should have been upgraded some time ago to happily sandbag the lower Cats forever. It must be that bike racing isn't hard enough, so it may be their way of making it more challenging.
Go figure. Somehow I suspect that a guy who can TT @ 28mph will fit right in with the 2's. Some day.
