I had gatorskins. Good tire, but PITA to install and remove. Didn't get too many flats. I think it really depends on the area you ride through. With gatorskins you get less flats because of small stuff getting embedded in a tire and eventually working it's way through to the tube, but you run over something big enough and sharp enough and you'll get a flat. Just like with other tires. Don't have any experience with Kyllon. I switched to GP 4000 from gatorskins. They are easier to put on, and seem to roll easier. Plus they look kooler.
