Not missing anything at all.....
Im a one-cog-only kinda guy, whether its SS or fixed. As you know, there
are steep hills '0 plenty in the land of syrup and sasquatches !
I got used to pushing a big cog and making great time on hills especially
because there is an equally steep one to bomb down on the other side of the
one you just wheezed up. The problem with the 64 gear inch VT bike is
that in FLA. I am spinning like a wildman and going nowhere because everything
flat. I really think I could push 76-80 inches no problem here, but ...there is
traffic too, so a first gear for bumper sucking NJ tagged Buicks in traffic,
and another BIG inch gear for rolling down Old Dixie Hwy. at 30mph or
so are my requirements here. Any sugestions ?

NO DERRAILUERS(sp) !!!
