My understanding is that cyclists have their own light cycle in the Netherlands. That's not quite the same thing as "cyclists can go through red if they wish." Of course, I could be wrong, not having been to the Netherlands. Are you saying that in addition to having their own light cycle, cyclists may also *legally* disregard a red light?
