You won't believe me, but I actually pushed Kim Basinger around a parking lot in Braselton, GA while she sat side saddle on my Bridgestone.
It was the '92 Bike Ride Across Georgia. She had recently bought most of the town and was greeting riders as we came through her town. My crew stopped and started talking to her. When she asked "Where's my bike? I want to ride", I quickly rolled my bike forward and said "hop on".
She was wearing a dress and couldn't straddle the bike, so she sat on the top tube and I pushed her around.
That was the last time I ever rode a day of BRAG without a camera on my bike.
