According to vintage-trek.com, it's an '83 510
Not an infallible source, but a pretty good bet. Looks like a carry-over from '82, available as a frameset only. Full Ishiwata 021, a very nice tubeset! Had a sport touring geometry with relaxed angles and long chainstays.
