thats easy...
just bike without ur not gonna die... atfirst i was thinking they were just the regular eggbeaters with no platform.. but that has something of a platform.... im guessing too that you cycle regularly, which would also mean that 17 miles is just a hop skip and a jump for a regular cyclist.
unnnleeessssss... that was an excuse to get new shoes.. then by all means.. cycle to the nearest bike shop and purchase something that ur gonna love!!!!
