Body toning routine

Added light weight training to my cycling regimen today. Since I began riding again, all is generally going well except the upper body. The upper arms (triceps) and shoulders (traps) are getting a little sore as the mileage increases. So, dusted off the weight bench, the bar, dumbbells, and began a light muscle toning workout of about eight routines that covers about the whole body, takes about 45 minutes in all. I'm positive it will make a big difference.

Would like to mention, most of these weight routines can be done with just a pair of very simple weights. I just mention the bench and long bar because I just happened to have them from past years when I was trying to give Arnold schwarzenegger a hard time....kidding!
