I'm the worst in the world at fixing flats. I set my own "Personal Best" last week at ten minutes. A Bontrager tire that just came off the rim without any tools or effort. And, it went back on without tools with a couple of minutes of pushing and pulling.

But, a few months ago, I had a more typical experience. A Continental tire that would not go on. Broke two tire levers. Went to a shop. He broke a tire lever, and then got out some "super tool" to get the tire mounted. All in all, hours wasted.

I've learned my lesson though. That rim is gonna get that same model of Bontrager tire for as long as I can find them...the secret seems to be finding the perfect tire for a given rim.
