Cut-out saddles-why no cut-out shorts?
That doesn't sound right after reading the headline. Anyhow, lots of discussion here on this board about saddle comfort and proper attire. Most agree on cycling shorts and saddles without too muh padding in the wrong places that puts extra pressure on the perinium.
Wouldn't the same logic apply to shorts? Does anyone make cycling shorts with padding specific to the sit bones ony and not the full diaper wrap? I might add that I like and ride a cutout saddle (Specialized BG series) and it's the only comfort I've found besides a sprung Brooks B67. Would just like some shorts with the same fit.
