I can't answer your question. But, I have a 54cm LHT with the 26" wheels and SKS plastic fenders installed with Conti Travel Contact 26 x 1.75 tires at up to 80 psi. I have been able to mount the Topeak Road Morph G behind the seat post and between it and the rear fender.
That's where I put mine. I would like a frame pump, heck, the frame has a thingy to stick it to, but not until I find one w/ a hose.
