Nice bike.
Fork might not be original (the Bassos I saw had a pantographed "B" on the crown). This fork looks tight! Tubing should be Columbus (if seatpost is 27.2mm look for helicoidal splines in the tubes joining the BB to check if it's SLX). 1st digit in the serial number (on BB shell) should indicate year of manufacture. Basso were (and still are) a reputable bike manufacturer so in good condition you might pay 200$ for this frame.
