i switched from deltas to spd-sl. After walking in look cleats for awhile, walking on the spd-sl's was great. they aren't traditional "walkable" cleats, but are much better than keos. Aren't the speedplay cleats like $40 -- doesn't seem like you'd want to walk in those much. No problems engaing mine (i think the rubber stoppers on the bottom of the cleat actually help)
