Like every piece of literature regarding research, there are multiple points of view. There are also multiple ways to interpret statistical numbers. The bottom line should be mentioned and that is, any type of activity will be better than none. Overdoing something (wheter ultramarothing or ultra-anything else) is bound to offset your multiple gains with multiple negative effects on the body.
