Thanks for replying, unfortunately my commute is just on road about 8 miles each way and in London that isnt much fun!! At the W/E i usually chuck myself and the bike on a train and head for the South coast near to Brighton, East Sussex, theres a few good trails there, nothing too demanding but enough to clear the head and theres useally always a good pub nearby when im/we're done.(Quite often the best bit of the day).
What do you ride and whats it like in your neck of the woods?
