Me too. I don't yell the incoming thing
But I only use a 'bike' path partially on my commute which I ride fixt which is toatally a silent bike so I simply navigate around the riff raff even if there are dogs and children they will all get the message which is, "this path is NOT just for you but ocassionally some crazy mother f'er who glides acrooss here almost motionless in a glance" blah blah. The people do not understand...
