To recommend anything but a local person from fitting you is folly. I don't know many that would recommend otherwise. However, there are some "fit calculators" that can get you in the ball park. Competitive Cyclist has one and ... there's another out there that I can't remember. BTW- I'm not advocating this option, I just wanted you to know so you can make informed decisions on things.
