In Eugene, OR or Berkeley, CA or even Boulder, CO it would have been normal. But I was on the Cherry Creek Path in North Parker, CO...a very conservative suburb. There he sat, 7:30 a.m., chiefin' like there wasn't a thing odd about it at all. He even waved!
