The KCNC brake are very ridgid and tight fit, they might feel sort of easy to break before the installation, but once everything hooked up, they are surprisingly rock solid! I specially admire the effort they put in during the design stage, tehre are some nice touches on the calipers to enhance the weight reduction over the normal V-brake we see in the market.

The brake pads are made of three different layer of plastic, but since its still new, the brake performance is yet to be determined. Perhaps when the first layer of the brake pad fade away, a more detail report can be provided~
