I've been pretty happy with my ketchup and mustard 4130 steel 2001 Fuji Track I picked up for $300 from a friend of mine.

All stock except:
Kore ergo bars
old Dia Compe front brake and hoods
Crank Brothers Candy SL pedals (not pictured)
threadless stem adapter and dimensions 80mm stem (not pictured)
