I'm finally getting around to that one as well. After not ever running across a cheap copy of it, I got my local library to purchase one off of Abe.com and I borrowed it. The copy seemed to have been read once (if that). As I got into it, the pages started to become loose, so I returned it for repair. I pick it back up today.

I love my local library. They also bought a copy of "The Golden Age of Handbuilt Bicycles" on my recommendation, so I didn't have to spend $65 to have a chance to read that one.
