No, I don't think it was a bonk really. I just got over a cold last week and it developed into a sinus infection.
Those suckers can really be draining. On top of that, I just started a course of antibiotics.
No, no pie last night... unless you count pizza (hey, it's a pie). I had 3 slices of pizza and some bucatoni on the side. Plenty of carbs. In fact, Friday night is pasta night 'round here. Saturday, Mrs S does her aerobics and I ride so we started loading up a bit on Fridays just for that reason.
