I agree with T-mar's observations. I did a quick review of some other Legnano posts and your frame falls into that time slot. More detailed pictures would help a bit and I'm sure you'll post them when you receive the frame. Most definitely a Gran Premio model. I just purchased a 1966 Gran Premio. It has the older decal style and chrome head lugs. Pretty much all original except for derailleur upgrades to Nuovo Record. Anyway, you got a nice frame and it's coming from old Europe. Put Legnano into your favorite searches on ebay and you'll be notified whenever something Legnano goes up for auction. There's a Legnano Gran Premio on ebay now. Not totally complete but check it out.
