I agree with the others. The linked bicycle is not a 1958. It's curious how the pic of the seat cluster has been cropped just close enough to eliminate showing whether there is a boss for a center-pull cable hanger. Unfortunately the overall pic doesn't have the resolution to determine if it is there or not.
However, since it is like yours, it is a good example of how to build yours. Fortunately, it pretty much reflects what I said, earlier. The only notable discreapancy are the side pull brakes. I'd still go with the Universal 61 center-pull, on the basis of the boss on the back of your seat lug.
