The problem that I saw was that Yan wasn't too interested in learning the particulars. If this guy was doing 4' drops 10 times a day, that's important. I didn't get that vibe. What I did get was a vibe of 'If you wouldn't have made this public I would have given you a new frame'. Remember the main character in Fight Club who sorted out product liability for a car company. I kinda felt like something along those lines were going on. I didn't get the feeling that this was a serious issue that needed addressing. If I were the manufacturer, that's how I would have reacted.
