I wonder how much a heart attack would cost my family in lost income and health care expenses? I'm 50 now. Guys my age who sit on their asses drop dead of heart attacks every day.
Bike crap may be overpriced, but if you actually ride your bike, it's a total friggin bargain.
My 50 year old brother-in-law is a super successful investment banker type. As far as I know he gets no real exercise and he just underwent angioplasty on his tubes. Unbelieveable. Anyway, when I see him over Christmas, I'll mention the beauty and benefits of cycling.
