I ride A LOT (ie, long distances in the saddle over days, not hours) and only because of that I take Executive Stress multivitamins tablets which have a higher level of Vitamin B complex. Long distance riding leaches Vitamin B out of your system, and can cause gum and tongue ulcers. Vit B also is what makes your urine bright yellow.
