thanks - it doesn't seem that much different from the one you're already riding. Try clipless pedals (concentrate on applying force through out the entire pedal circle) and possibly taller gearing on your current bike.

Also get a saddle fitting done - saddles are like shoes and massive wedge saddles fit no-one

You should be able to get a few centimetres more out of your saddle height (always keep the knee slightly bent) if you get a comfortable saddle, sized correctly with minimal padding.
