Out fishing with Annie on his lap, a cigar in one hand and a ginger ale in the other, watching the sunset.

The pumping action of your muscles in the legs while riding helps you avoid blood and plasma pooling and edema and helps you avoid DVT, you'll be very happy to know.

I've had 3 knee surgeries on my right leg and now I'm having chronic pain in my leg, poor blood circulation and not able to sit at my desk at work for more than a couple of hours.

Riding my bike makes it feel better. I've got appointments with a neurologist and a vascular surgeon in a couple of weeks. I've got to be careful and not get another DVT!
