Wasn't this the winner of the "Innovate or Die" contest set up by a bike company and others?
The problem of obtaining and transporting potable water is a huge issue, but this design is too limited: it can only transport water. The designers should have stuck the water filtration tanks and apparatus on a conventional cargo trike, so that the trike could be used for other purposes.
