Wrong. Put it onto a mountain bike and sprint in the granny ring.

I've done countless sprints on road and track on 3/32" and 5.9mm 10 speed ultra freakin light KMC chain which I paid a fair bit for and it never snapped. It shifted well, lasted well, looked good and weighed less than a fart. The only chain I have snapped is shimano chain, and that was XC racing. I have never snapped another chain unless it was in my hand with a tool.

And you should see the price of their Ti chain. Overpriced by a little.

Oh yeah, you are way less likely to snap a chain on a fixie. It is probably thhe safest in that respect.

If they were weak under sprints, why do you almost never see a 'weak' chain snap in a tour bunch sprint. I would love to see footage though, if it exists.
