My complaint with OnGuard Locks is I've had two stick on me. I'm not a thief so it was a real bear to cut them off my bike. The second time I had an OnGuard lock stick was the last time I was willing to buy another of their locks. Once is an anomaly, twice is a pattern.

I've had nothing but good experiences with Kryptonite products.
