1. come home
2. take a shower
3. plop on the bed
4. take a nap
5. get woken up a few hrs later by my bored puppy
6. realize i forgot to eat after i came home
7. deal with a migraine for a few hrs as i stuff my face with what little food i can find
8. tell myself that next time i'll eat before i take a nap so i don't get the migraine
9. forget what i just told myself
