does this qualify?

I'm not sure if my vintage bike meets the specifications, but it worked out ok on the road...
I tour on my old 1975 Motobecane Grand Jubile mixte. I already was using it as my commuter, so it ended up coming a few thousand more miles with me. Here's some pics of her when she was fully loaded. Not as shiny as a lot of yours.

She did surprisingly well, but I couldn't front-load her--If I carried too much weight on the front, I could definitely notice the difference.

I have Nervar cranks on her, but put on that ugly mountain biopace triple for the serious touring.

This pic has the original wheels, 27 inches, but I have since switched to some 700s due to the wheels being used until they were not worth re-building again. (Rims are very used, hubs are crusty, spokes are all due to be replaced).

You can probably tell that I haven't repainted or fixed her up--she works great as a city commuter, without being too shiny.
