Just for everybody else's info a stock long road derailleur can only handle a 30T (which I won't use anyway). wrap capacity of 37T won't be a problem with my closer ratio chainrings.54-36+18 teeth. I can still handle 19 teeth spread on the cassette....which would theoretically let me run a 11-30 if I wanted to,
