Yeah but if I got to bed at midnight I'm still wide awake at 3-4 am. It's really not like me to wake up that early, 6-7am has always been my natural wake time. I'm not stressed out or depressed, I sure don't feel overtrained, the only factor that seems to be different is the Optygen.
