I've found that if I feel crappy and I push my self to ride,by the time I get to work I'm feeling alot better.I don't know if there's magic healing powers to biking.Maybe it's the sweating and exercise but it works all the time.I also find that I get sick alot less when commuting daily anyway so it doesn't happen all that often(knock wood).
