I'm not sure how they are going to expand the Dillon Res (it's about big as it can be) but I do remember what Summit County used to be like before they had an extensive bike path system. The whole area was a damned ghost town in the summer. The bike system up there actually gave them a summer revenue stream. Some people as just plain dumb!
