Mine is a 2002 Trek 520:

SKS Fenders
Armadillo tires (25c)
Niterider Road Rat
Arkel Panniers
seat post and stem painted copper because I was bored

...nothing else special. It's a beast though, 5,000 miles and very little maintenance!
