road pedals and cleats generally don't offer this feature. Speedplay frogs which are SPD style, do, but they're not the same quality as Zeros.

But it's entirely possible to walk in these cleats. Depends on your agility and sense of balance too, I suppose.

You know that tyre lever in your repair kit? just dig out your cleat with it if the cleat gets stuffed with ice/snow or mud. That's what I did after going through a heap of snow and they didn't foul up or jam on me.

You can get pink in light action I believe.

See how they stick out and have a metal plate at the bottom? That was new, now the plates are pretty scratched up, but they're easy to walk in.
