I'm fairly new here and have been riding since December and just love it. I'm defined as a Clyde but most people think I weigh around 185-190lbs as most of it is muscle, but in reality, I'm about 220lbs. I'd like to get down to about 205lbs but am not worried if I don't.
In addition to cycling between 10 and 20 miles a day, I'm also hitting the gym to keep my upper body musculature intact. I'm also doing some intermittent personal training which centers around using cycling as a basis for fitness.
