Anyone? Bueller? Bueller?
I haven't raced in 5 weeks. After two weeks with the flu, I had 3 days of intense trainingthis week. Took off today, will spin and do maybe 2 hours of Zone 2-3 tomorrow. Race is Sunday. I'd like to do well, of course, but will be happy with not embarrassing myself. Any insight into the course will be much appreciated; we won't have time to ride it prior to the race.
