I taught a Spinning class this morning after taking yesterday off, and having 3 intense training days this week. I'm playing in my gardens, weeding and planting and enjoying an overcast but not unpleasant spring day, and mentally preparing for tomorrow. Your description of the course, as well as different options according to strengths, is extremely helpful.
