Ron, coming around the corner and seeing you lying there under the guardrail completely still was one of my scariest moments ever.
My heart was in my throat as I quickly pulled over and walked to you.
I was so happy to see you start talking and moving around. Seeing the beating that your helmet took (the rear half of it was demolished) was amazing, I'm sure it totally saved you.
I'm glad you're going to be ok, ice and Advil and lots of rest should help. And your bike ended up much better than it could have, all things considered. Heal up quick!
